Astel HP1G Series Indoor Splitters are designed with state of the art Components and Ferrite parts for usage in Digital and Analog SMATV, CATV, MATV Networks. These passives can be used in Analogue PAL as well as DVB-C, DTT (COFDM, DVB-T, DVVB-T2) signals. The enhanced performance of these series makes them suitable for all future CATV, MATV, One way or two way interactive networks.
Splitter divide the input signal into equal parts. Signal is attenuated between Input and Output ports. Depending on the split (1x2, 1x3, 1x4, 1x6, 1x8, 1x12, 1x16), the signal is attenuated between the input and output ports. Higher the split, higher the attenuation. Typically every 1x2 split, attenuates the input by 3.0 dB.
