GYFXTCY:4F to 24F (Uni Tube Model, Dual Sheath)
 
Product Constructions details:
 
1) Loose Tube is made up of PBT (High Modulus Plastic) which has high capacity to withstand wide temperature fluctuations.
2) The tube is filled with Moisture Resistance GEL to prevent longitudinal moisture ingress.
3) The tube is covered togethers with cloth binder.
7) After the cloth binder, a thin inner sheath is extruded.
8) After the inner sheath there is Aramid yarn (Dielectric Armor)- which provides crush resistance and tensile strength to the cable.
9) After the dielectric armor- outer HDPE sheath is extruded. It also adds to the crush resistance and tensile strength of the cable. High quality HDPE provides good ultravoilet radiation property. Outer sheath can be PE or AT (Anti Tracking) sheath.
