Surge Arrestor NM-NF-6.0G can be used within any 50 ohm signal booster system. This arrestor for outside antenna is designed to protect against lightning strikes. it is installed between your external antenna and amplifier but is not directly connected to either. Surge arrestors act as a signal filter and are desined to pass desired frequencies while suppressing lightning surges. Lightning strike electrical surges are diverted through the protector short circuit to the ground. These protectors are compatible with 50 ohm cellular boosters, CATV satellite TV, protects signal boosters from lightning strikes.
