ASTEL ST Series Fiber Optic Patch Cord (FO-PC-ST-XX) is designed for optical connectivity in fiber networks, data centres and communication infrastructure. Featuring ST/PC and ST/UPC connector options, the series supports single-mode and multimode fiber connections with an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) cable jacket. The series supports OS2 (G.652D), G.657A2 and multimode OM1, OM2, OM3 and OM4 fiber types. It provides typical insertion loss of ≤0.20dB, maximum insertion loss of ≤0.30dB and return loss of ≥55dB for single-mode PC/UPC connectors and ≥35dB for multimode PC connectors. Available in standard lengths from 0.5m to 100m, with custom lengths from 0.3m to 250m on request, ASTEL ST patch cords are suitable for fiber distribution and network equipment connections. The manufacturer specifies testing for insertion loss, return loss, connection integrity and connector geometry.
