ASTEL SC Series Fiber Optic Patch Cord (FO-PC-SC-XX) is designed for fiber optic network connections in FTTH, LAN, data centres, HFC networks and fiber-based communication systems. Manufactured with SC connector options and Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacketed fiber cable, the series supports single-mode and multimode optical connectivity for professional installations. Available in SC/PC, SC/UPC and SC/APC configurations, the patch cords support OS2 (G.652D), G.657A2 and multimode OM1, OM2, OM3 and OM4 fiber types. The series offers typical insertion loss of ≤0.20dB, maximum insertion loss of ≤0.30dB and return loss ratings according to connector polish type. Standard lengths range from 0.5m to 100m, with custom lengths from 0.3m to 250m available on request. ASTEL SC patch cords are suitable for direct deployment in fiber networks and data centres without additional protection tubes, according to the manufacturer's product description.
