ASTEL Flat Travelling Cables are designed and manufactured to meet the Ultra flexibility demand of Power, Control and CCTV Cameras in Travellator, Panoramic Elevator and Cranes applications. ASTEL FTC 4x2x1.5mm2+8x2x0.5m2+2xSYV75-5 Flat Flexible Cable is one such model which has been specially designed to meet the demand of modern high speed travellators and Panoramic Elevators. Modern Elevators are feature rich and have many safety and control functions like High speed control and braking system, vibration sensors, smoke detectors, failsafe features, door close, and keyboard control. All these features require control cable for proper functions. This model has Stranded Copper as a center conductor with PVC Insulation for Power application and Standed Copper with PE Insulation for control cables. It has two GI Steel Strength members on either side of the center conductor. All the cores are protected with Ultra Flexible PVC Jacket for repeated bending and traveling of elevators..

When fixing the connectors, please give five loops of cable atleast with 20 cms diameter and then fix the metal shielded RJ45 Connector.
