ASTEL Flat Travelling Cables are designed and manufactured to Ultra flexibility demand of CCTV Cameras, Speaker Systems and Powering of various sensors and other devices (WIFI Access Point, Alarm, Speaker) in Elevator or Crane  applications. ASTEL FECSPO4CX150ABCPVC has Stranded Copper as a center conductor with PVC Insulation. Each core is wrapped with polyster tape and copper shielding for protection from interference and noise protection from other sources. Each conductor has cross section of 1.50mm2 which is suitable for powering of devices  and for speaker systems. Four such cores are further enclosed in second overall PVC Jacket.  It has two GI Steel Strength members on both sides of cable. All the cores are protected with Ultra Flexible PVC Jacket for repeated bending and traveling of elevators.

font-size: small;">Flexible cable should be tied with the cable rope by using high tensile cable ties at a gap of every 10 cm (along with the rope) for smooth U curve formation during up and  down movement of lift cabin.</span></address><address><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; End to End cable in in the lift  room should not be more than 75m. Due to heavy weight of the cable- if the cable run is more than 75m, the cores inside tend to break.
